I love the show The Great British Bake-off. My husband and I are watching series 6 right now and although I would not consider myself adept at really anything in the kitchen, my always wonderful husband challenged me to make all of the items this year. Mind you, I am a full-time high school English teacher with loads of extra-curriculars and a three year old son. We just started the new school year Monday and I took up running this summer as well. But here I am. I'm attempting everything we see in the show. I'll write about my trials and tribulations and post some photos and maybe even some video.
